A calm, purpose-built dental practice on GMS Road, Kanwali — founded and run by Dr. Pragati Singh, an endodontist. Every chair is digital, every instrument is sterilised in-house, and no one is rushed through.
- Endodontist-led. Root canals, re-treatments and complex pulp cases are handled by a specialist, not referred elsewhere.
- Digital and chairside. Portable X-ray, apex locator and rotary endodontics — diagnosis and treatment in the same visit.
- Painless by protocol. Careful anaesthesia and unhurried technique, so treatment feels like far less than you expect.
- Sunday clinic. Open Sunday through Friday, morning and evening, for people who work six days a week.

Dr. Pragati Singh is an endodontist — a dentist who spent three additional postgraduate years training on the inside of the tooth: the pulp, the nerve and the root canals. She holds an M.D.S. in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and is registered with the Dentists’ Registration Tribunal, State of Uttarakhand.
In practice, that specialisation is the whole point of this clinic. The teeth other dentists hesitate over — the failed root canal, the tooth that still hurts, the one you were told to extract — are the cases she takes on. And when a tooth genuinely cannot be saved, she replaces it with an implant that behaves like the original.
Saving a natural tooth is almost always the better outcome. I would rather spend an extra hour on a root canal than an afternoon on an extraction.
